We are able to complete all manner of projects throughout the Auckland area, whether it be one room or the entire house. Liaising where required with councils, architects and our trusted subcontractors, we handle each step of the building process in order to provide you with a complete home.
Who we Work With
We organise and oversee a range of trusted subcontractors including;
Electrical, Plumbing, Tiling, Appliance Installations, Painting, Carpet laying, Landscaping, Scaffolding and house wrapping, Concrete laying, Flooring specialists, as well as any other contractors that might be required to complete the project.
We also liaise with councils, architects and draughts people to obtain consents and plans to ensure your home is compliant.
Your Home
We are able to complete projects including;
New, renovations, additions or extensions of kitchens, bathrooms/laundries, stairs/hallways and living areas. We oversee the fitting of appliances, tap ware, cabinetry etc. in kitchens, bathrooms and laundries. We also work with subcontractors to install or replace insulation, new or refitted windows and doors, electrical and plumbing as needed.
We work on all styles of home, whether it be a complete renovation of all rooms, or just one.
Outside
We are able to complete all outdoor projects including;
Renovations or new decking, pergolas, patios, driveways, garden edging and beds, garages, carports, sleep-outs and playhouses. Groundwork/foundations/retaining for new builds and extensions. Reclads, repairs and painting of house exteriors.
We also work with our subcontractors to complete outdoor spaces with lawns and planting, as well as driveways, paths, gates and fences, even putting in taps and washing lines if required.
